GREAT customer service!

As the title suggests, I'm posting this just to leave a positive review for GUNPRIME. A coupla' weeks back, I ordered one of these SP101s from GUNPRIME. The pistol arrived and was a bit "aesthetically" flawed. I contacted GUNPRIME and spoke to "Guy", and eventually also spoke to "Lee". Based on their apologies, which I believe to be sincere, the condition of the pistol was of no fault of GUNPRIME's or any of their employees. Both Guy and Lee were EXTREMELY patient and helpful, and rectified the situation VERY quickly, and at no cost(s) to me. I wanted to take the time to post this because, if you have never dealt with the folks at GUNPRIME (*as I hadn't, prior to this), you should feel secure in ordering from this company. As stated above, the folks at GUNPRIME were very upstanding, patient, and helpful. As many know, dealing with online Retailers can be a bit of a "mixed bag". Based on my recent experience with the folks at GUNPRIME, I'd have ZERO RESERVATIONS about ordering from this company again.
