Ruger Mini-Thirty
The Ruger Mini-Thirty is a lightweight semi-automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm with an 18.50 inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel. It features a black synthetic stock, blade front sight, and adjustable ghost ring rear sight. The stainless steel receiver is drilled and tapped with a Picatinny rail and integral scope mounts.
The Garand-style action uses a breechbolt locking system and a fixed-piston gas system that is self-cleaning for reliable function in harsh conditions. A single-stage trigger and 13 inch length of pull complete the platform. Two 20-round magazines plus Picatinny rail and scope rings are included.
This configuration is well suited for hunting deer-sized game at short to medium ranges. The 7.62x39mm chambering, 1:10 twist, and 20+1 capacity deliver a proven, compact autoloading option for field use.

Good price, fast shipping to Alaska. Test fired within a few days using Ruger & Pro Mag mags without a hiccup. Iron sights were accurate at 25 to 125 yds. Used both brass and steel with no jams or miss fires. About 100 rds steel and 240 rds of various brass. Only thing I will add is a sling and paint front sight for faster target acquisition.
